During Production Inspection (DUPRO)

The during production inspection is carried out once at least 25% of the order has been completed to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements related to specifications, packaging, packing, and labeling. If any recommendations for improvement or correction were made during the Initial Production Check, the During Production Inspection evaluates whether those recommendations have been successfully implemented. Moreover, this inspection allows for providing on-site recommendations to maintain quality throughout the production phase.

Factory Audit (FA)

Based on ISO 9000 standards or the specific requirements of the client, Aman Inspection and Compliance auditors conduct a comprehensive factory assessment. The audit process covers all key elements such as quality system procedures, production capacity, child labor, staff facilities, hygiene standards, and more. Ultimately, a Factory Assessment Report is issued, enabling clients to efficiently select a qualified and competent vendor base.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

Pre-shipment inspection is conducted when at least 80% of the goods produced for export have been packed. Samples are randomly selected in accordance with approved inspection standards and procedures. This inspection aims to ensure that the production complies with the specified standards, purchase orders, or letters of credit.

Initial Production Check (IPC)

Based on ISO 9000 standards or specific customer requirements, Aman Inspection and Compliance auditors conduct a comprehensive factory assessment. The audit process covers all critical elements such as quality system procedures, production capacity, child labor, employee facilities, cleanliness standards, and more. At the conclusion, a factory evaluation report is issued, enabling clients to select a qualified supplier base with efficiency and effectiveness.

Container Loading Check (CLC)

This inspection is conducted at the factory warehouse or at the shipping agent’s locations. The inspector begins by checking the quality and quantities of goods to be shipped to ensure the correct products are delivered. The inspector also monitors the entire loading process to verify the condition of the containers and the quality of the loading arrangements.

Laboratory Testing

Sometimes, a formal certificate of conformity for products is required according to local regulations. Aman Inspection and Certification efficiently manages the testing of production samples in coordination with independent local laboratories. Depending on the type of certificate required (such as CE, EMC, EN71, RoHS…), we select the optimal laboratory that ensures the best balance between price and execution time, guaranteeing you receive the conformity certificate with the highest efficiency and within the stipulated time frame.
